Working Groups & Task Teams

Join an EFCOG Group to Make a Difference

EFCOG Working Groups and Task Teams offer participants the opportunity to share information related to their experiences and undertake assignments on identified focus topics in the subject area covered by the working group.

Benefits of EFCOG membership include working group and workshop participation where information is received about techniques, methods, programs, and lessons learned for processes that did or did not work.

To be successful, EFCOG requires a commitment from all members to provide support from their company’s personnel for authorized EFCOG activities. A Chairperson oversees the direction of each working group. Working group membership includes individual subject matter experts supporting particular focus areas. DOE and NNSA Headquarters and Field Sponsors provide advice, information and support. During these activities, EFCOG member companies will facilitate the exchange of information through meetings, conference calls, workshops, working groups, written materials, etc. DOE personnel are also encouraged to participate in working group activities.
